Brett Tyler has over 15 years of experience in education and mentorship, Brett Tyler has effectively engaged with diverse communities and taken on numerous leadership roles. He is known for his innovative approach, operational excellence, unwavering integrity, strategic insight, and dedicated commitment to the clients of the organization.  

His career in mentorship began in 2010 as a Servant Leader Intern for Freedom Schools, where he worked with communities in South Florida. This formative experience laid the groundwork for his eventual position as a Director of Programs.  

In 2015, he became an essential member of The Mentoring Center’s youth development team, supporting youth in the Bay Area. During this period, he collaborated with The Richmond Office of Neighborhood Safety and The Brotherhood of Elders on initiatives that reached over 2,000 young individuals throughout the region.

Brett Tyler currently resides in South Florida and serves as a member of the advisory board for One1Step Mentorship, LLC in Georgia.
