As a 56-year-old proud father of three, he has always emphasized the importance of faith, integrity, and positive influence in all aspects of life. His journey in mentoring began with a strong commitment to making a difference in the lives of youth through guidance, support, and real-life experience.  

With decades of personal and professional experience—including his work in real estate investment and small business ownership—Robert leverages his expertise to connect with youth on multiple levels. ONE1STEP MENTORSHIP, inspired by his belief in taking life one step at a time, serves as a mobile initiative designed to reach young individuals where they are, providing programs that foster growth, confidence, and life skills.  

Committed to community development and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow, Robert believes that mentoring is not just an act but a lifelong mission. He is fueled by his love for mentorship, his family, and the positive change he sees in the youth he works with.
